I’m a first time home buyer who purchased a flipper townhome “as-is”, that was built in 1983, and with that being said, none of the crawlspace work was touched at all. Well…I learned within the first year of living in my home how critical it is to have a clean, protected and neat crawlspace, because my floors were constantly cold in the winter and it was so difficult for me to keep my home heated! On top of that, I had discovered that I actually had a rat burrow issue down there that I had no idea about all along! Thanks to Mark, he was able to come by and take a look and confirm how cooked my crawlspace actually was!
