Very happy and impressed with the service from NW Crawl Space Services. Will did a great job with involving us in the inspection and review of what work needed to be done in the crawl space and reviewing what our options were. We had the insulation on our ducts in the crawlspace wrapped with new insulation and the joints were sealed with mastic and the vapor barrier was replaced. The crew showed up on time to complete the work, Rob was the lead and did an exceptional job explaining the process and also completing some extra work needed in order to fill a low spot in the crawl space. The work was done in one day (!!!) and earlier than expected. NW was referred from a neighbor down the street who had a similar experience, we were very happy with the entire process and communication from Will. Would hire them again for any similar work and recommend them for anyone looking at having work done in their crawlspace, the quotes were less than other competitors and they also included work that others hadn't seen or recommended.
