What Our Customers Have to Say

Northwest Crawl came out gave us an estimate on having a crawl space cleaned and sealed. It was a big job and they estimated it would take about 2 days but they were able to have a big crew here and got it done in one day. They were polite and friendly and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. We would recommend them,

The owner and project manager was great with communication. They inspected the roof many times after the roof was replaced. I would recommend this company.

Fantastic job from start to finish! Our large crawl space was cleaned, we got new insulation and the entire area was covered with new plastic sheeting. The hardworking team transformed our space into a clean environment. Their attention to detail was exceptional. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend their services!

To whom it may concern, Northwest Crawl Space Services has completed the installation of a good size sump system that we had them install in our home. The system has three sump pumps to give complete coverage of the crawl space. I spent a fair amount of time going over competitive quotes. I will admit they were not the cheapest, but they were the best by all accounts. Every review and every costumer I talked with all said the same thing. They were very happy with Northwest Crawl Space Services. I was very happy with the whole process. From the quote, and the entire installation. Very professional, organized, friendly and clean. I would recommend Northwest Crawl Space Services for your project. James Flynn

Absolutely outstanding service! The crew insulated our crawlspace, and the difference was noticeable immediately. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely thorough from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, protected our home, and left the entire work area spotless. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and our home already feels warmer and more comfortable. Honest pricing, excellent communication, and truly top-quality work. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing crawlspace insulation—they are simply the best!

Had been putting off a job for way too long that needed to be done. Have an older home with terrible drainage and have had significant water under home over the years. Needed full cleanup, insulation and drainage pumps installed under the house. Needed quite a bit of digging and drilling installing pipes to have water diverted ftom home. The digging involved was very difficult and home crawl space is not the easiest to access. Had a full crew for 2 days straight, Even though the job was extremely difficult they never complained or seemed troubled. The crew was extremely professional, polite and kept me informed throughout the whole process. To be honest I was a little skeptical at first that they would be able to deliver all that was promised. I ended up being more than pleased. And at the end of the job, my home and property was spotless and not one piece of trash left behind. I would highly recommend this company to friends or family. Thanks for a job well done.

100% happy with our experience. We asked for an estimate to install a new vapor barrier and they gave us a comprehensive and clear bid for services that included items that were almost completely covered by PSE rebates. They handle the rebates and sent us before/after pictures after the work was completed.

We had an excellent experience with Northwest Crawl Space Services. From the initial estimate through the completion of the project, the entire team was friendly, professional, and attentive. They took the time to answer our questions, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and never made us feel pressured. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The crawl space looks fantastic, and it's clear they take pride in doing the job right. If you're looking for an honest, reliable company that delivers great service and quality workmanship, I highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space Services. Thank you to the entire team for making the process so smooth!

What a great business! Fast response to inspect our crawlspace. Evaluation of requirements to evacuate rodents and clean up a sewage leak where clearly provided verbally and followed up shortly thereafter with a detailed quote that included a fast and easy deposit process, that followed up with a confirmation of schedule. Within days the team arrived, hard working and efficient. The project was completed in a single day. At the end of the project we received a professional report of the work performed along with before and after images. By far the most professional company I've ever worked with, and I'm old. If you need this type of service, look no further. Dave & Maggie
