I’m a first time home buyer who purchased a flipper townhome “as-is”, that was built in 1983, and with that being said, none of the crawlspace work was touched at all. Well…I learned within the first year of living in my home how critical it is to have a clean, protected and neat crawlspace, because my floors were constantly cold in the winter and it was so difficult for me to keep my home heated! On top of that, I had discovered that I actually had a rat burrow issue down there that I had no idea about all along! Thanks to Mark, he was able to come by and take a look and confirm how cooked my crawlspace actually was! He did a great job at observing my crawlspace and providing me a fair quote price for the job. What a great business! Fast response to inspect our crawlspace. Evaluation of requirements to evacuate rodents and clean up a sewage leak where clearly provided verbally and followed up shortly thereafter with a detailed quote that included a fast and easy deposit process, that followed up with a confirmation of schedule. Within days the team arrived, hard working and efficient. The project was completed in a single day. At the end of the project we received a professional report of the work performed along with before and after images. By far the most professional company I’ve ever worked with, and I’m old. Very happy and impressed with the service from NW Crawl Space Services. Will did a great job with involving us in the inspection and review of what work needed to be done in the crawl space and reviewing what our options were. We had the insulation on our ducts in the crawlspace wrapped with new insulation and the joints were sealed with mastic and the vapor barrier was replaced. The crew showed up on time to complete the work, Rob was the lead and did an exceptional job explaining the process and also completing some extra work needed in order to fill a low spot in the crawl space. The work was done in one day (!!!) and earlier than expected. NW was referred from a neighbor down the street who had a similar experience, we were very happy with the entire process and communication from Will. Would hire them again for any similar work and recommend them for anyone looking at having work done in their crawlspace, the quotes were less than other competitors and they also included work that others hadn’t seen or recommended.

Northwest Crawl Space Services provided us with a complete update of our crawl space including the removal of existing materials and installation of a new vapor barrior, insulation, new entry doors, and sealant. All aspects were completed in a professional manner with follow up inspection already scheduled. I would highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space and will use their services again when needed.
