They did a beautiful job sealing the space off, cleaning it, re wrapping pipes and covering the dirt floor with white plastic sealing it up. The white was a great choices as it reflects the light. We had a city inspector come by for a different matter and he commented on what a great job the basement clean up company had done. It went from a dirty spidery spooky space to a clean bright space. Savannah in customer service was very helpful and proactive. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! Our experience with Northwestern Crawl Space Services has been exceptional! From the initial inspection through the completed project and follow-up, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism, integrity, communication, and genuine care demonstrated by everyone involved. William, our estimator and representative, was outstanding from the beginning. He conducted a thorough inspection, carefully explained his findings, and patiently walked us through the available options. He answered our many questions thoughtfully and honestly, never making us feel pressured. His knowledge and professionalism gave us the confidence to move forward with a comprehensive French drain and sump pump system. Jose and his crew were equally impressive! They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. on both workdays, ready to go. Jose provided a clear itinerary outlining what to expect over the two days, which we really appreciated. The entire crew was pleasant, cheerful, hardworking, and respectful of our home. Rob also did an excellent job keeping us informed as the work progressed. His communication and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and reassuring. When the job was completed, the work area was left in even better condition than they found it! Savannah, in the office, deserves special recognition as well. She followed up after the project was completed and was wonderfully warm, personable, and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. When I asked a question she couldn’t immediately answer, she took the initiative to research it and promptly got back to me. That kind of customer service is refreshing and greatly appreciated! Even after the work was completed, William returned to inspect the finished installation and make sure everything checked out. He noticed a minor loose component and immediately contacted the office to arrange a follow-up. Nothing major, but that attention to detail speaks volumes about his commitment to doing things right. Excellent experience with this company. Melissa from the office was very helpful and provided excellent service addressing my schedule. Patrick was very knowledgeable and thorough with the estimate, he definitely understood our issues and how to mitigate them. The work crew was right on time. They worked very hard and cleaned up before they finished. The foreman was very professional and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I made a great choice choosing your company.

I cannot say anything but positive things about northwest crawl space services. We had a full crawspace clean out with removal of old insulation, pest cleanup, removal of all old vapor barrier. Plus added a sump pump. We had our water heater leaking into our crawlspace earlier this part year which caused a huge mess in our crawlspace so we knew we were looking at a full replacement of everything. We had 2 other companies come out for inspections and they would even go in because they didn’t want to get dirty. Our inspector came out with northwest and did an inspection gave us a great plan and a quote. We had the crew out for two days. The work crew was on time both days, plus they literally blocked everything off near the areas from My garage to my crawlspace which is located in my pantry . They made sure nothing in my home was exposed to the project. The first day they were working they found a small leak from one of the pipes and sent me a video so we could see it. We were able to get our plumber down there to fix it while they were working. They did end up making a trench through our side yard to get the water out to the street and they listened when we told them we did not want the excess water from the sump pump being dumped into our yard. When they put my yard back together they did it so well you can hardly tell any work was done. Sorry for such a long review but they know what they are doing. I’m a realtor so I see a lot of bad work in my career northwest crawl is not it. I will be highly recommended them to All of my clients in the future. Thanks for being amazing

Hired NWCrawl in Aug. 2026, due to a rodent infestation in my crawlspace which required removing existing insulation, vapor barrier, exclusion and re-insulating the crawl. I worked with Patrick the PM & Eric APM crew lead. The entire process was fast and thorough and communication was easy & very responsive. They take pictures every step of the way particularly the exclusion work. During the clean out and insulation the crew is also very conscientious about your landscaping & keeping the yard clean of debris. The crew discovered a slow leak under my bathroom which required a stop work process. They left that area uninsulated so a plumber/mitigation team could access the area. A month later and a new bath floor..I scheduled the finish work. In the mean time I had my annual furnace (located in the crawl) maintenance done and the tech noticed my condenser pump was detached from the furnace – which ended up pouring water on my pump and killed the pump motor. I first contacted the mitigation team since they also take detailed pics of their work. They had a timestamped pic of them first entering the crawl which showed the pump at an angle and its hose detached. I then spoke with Matan, NW Crawl owner, showed him the pic. I believed his the crew had accidentally bumped/hit the pump while removing / installing the insulation, since no one but these two contractors had been in my crawl. Based on our discussion & the photos, Matan with out question agreed to pay for the pump which is a great example of NW Crawls integrity as a stand-up company. I would highly recommend NWCrawlSpace. Their entire crew was great to work with. When the crew came out to finish the insulation they also cleaned out my sump pump which had quite a bit of insulation/dirt debris.

Rob's Team was stellar! Wow, I can't say enough how impressed we were with their work. They were incredibly efficient, focused, thorough, careful about my house. The space they were working in was challenging but they were undaunted. They pulled out the old insulation, cleaned and sanitized the space, replaced with new insulation and baffles, and built a catwalk for better access. They left our house spotless. And they were pleasant and enjoyable. We are so grateful for the great work they did! Nico who came to do the estimate was also great to deal with, very professional and kind. We had a good experience from the estimator to the final clean up man. Northwest Crawl installed a drainage system under our house and all new insulation. New heavy duty white vapor barrier, I want to go live down there now!
