What Our Customers Have to Say
Good company, great communication, and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend AT Foam based on my experience with them spraying my pole barn. Will definitely use them on future projects.
We’re doing routine maintenance on a 20 year home and decided to replace our subfloor insulation, add a two-zone sump pump to seal for water, and replace our vapor barriers. It’s difficult, specialized work that requires unique training, equipment and materials. Couldn’t be happier with Northwest Crawl Space. Reliable contractor, excellent work, great communications before, during and after the project. We still get “just checking on you” calls.
Supervisor, Jeff Wulf, along with the work crew were courteous, kind in their ways of being, helpful, and hard working. They eliminated the standing water in my crawl space via the following: Dug drainage canals, laid drain tile with lava rock, plugged line holes with cement, reset duct work, set a sump pump, and reset a new vapor barrier after removing the old. A crew of four did some hard and thankless work for the better part of ten hours to get my crawl space dry and reset. Needless to say, I would highly recommend their services.
We had great service from this company. They installed a concrete slab in our crawl space and closed off any entries where rodents might be entering. Matan, the owner, clearly presented what needed to be done to fix the pest problem, and he was very responsive to our requests and questions throughout the process. He met with us several times on short notice (and on the weekend). The work was completed in a timely fashion. We are very satisfied with the quality of the completed crawl space concrete slab.
Northwest crawl space services was amazing. They did a tremendous job with a water leak in our crawl space. They were professional and efficient. And we would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
Very professional and courteous company. They were accurate in their assessment, good follow-up, and successful resolution. We had a sump pump installed, replaced plastic vapor floor covering, and all traces of rodents and dampness are gone! They stand by their word and work! Very happy with results and with this company!
As a senior who found out that there were rats under my house I appreciate the professionalism of Northwest Crawl Space. They were not the least expensive of the companies that I interviewed but they certainly provided the broadest services. I had excellent service from Lior, Jeff, Patrick and the installation crew.
We had Northwest Crawl Space Services come out to take a look at our crawl space as we were getting ready to put our house on the market and needed it ready to go. Each person we dealt with was kind, courteous, and friendly. They did a very thorough inspection of our crawl space and gave us a clear and honest breakdown of how much work it needed (which turned out to be a lot). They were able to squeeze us in to their extremely busy schedule to get the work done ASAP so we could list our house with only a little delay, and when they came out to do the job they worked hard to get it done in one day. After a 12hr day of cleaning out and fully redoing our crawl space we have a clean, up-to-code, inspection-ready space with a newly installed entrance door. They ensured any previous pest problems were dealt with and any future ones wouldn’t be an issue. The owner of the company himself came out twice, once the day of and once a week later, to check the job and make sure everything was done properly, and we were sent photos of everything before the workers left for the day so that we could see how the space looked.
We would highly recommend this company. It was so nice to be able to use a local company instead of a big chain and to have them do such great work.
These guys worked their butts off making my crawlspace awesome! They removed old substandard insulation and a damaged vapor barrier, cleaned and disinfected the whole crawlspace, sealed it against rodent invasions, and then insulated to code every sq inch of anything that could be insulated! And my crawlspace is actually a “crawl” space. Everything they did had to happen laying down. If this wasn’t a “one and done” project that will easily last twenty years, I’d hire them again. And I will if I ever move and need these services. Meanwhile, I’m really looking forward to walking around barefoot on my hardwood floors this winter!
