Although I am moving forward with another company for our crawl space repair, I will contact them if I decide it’s not a fit based on my positive interaction with the owner.Customer service is often overlooked, and I was impressed with their compassionate and not defensive response. Based on my interaction, I decided to move the rating from 1 to 4 stars. 🙏🏼—————————————I left the house after the tech was 25 minutes late. The tech showed up after I left the house 30 minutes late, and there were zero texts or calls, either. I understand a 2-hour window, but generally, you receive an estimated arrival time to know when they will show up—going elsewhere.

First, let me say, I’m rarely thrilled with contractors. I requested multiple bids for this residential project. NW Crawlspace was straightforward and honest. It always helps to be an educated consumer. The company only bid on what they needed to. They prepared my home with care. They completed the job well. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll hire them again to complete the portions that we deferred for the moment. Some of their competitors tried to upsell things that I didn’t need nor want. Flashy fear does not play well with me. NW Crawlspace won my trust. I rely on reviews like most of you. This was a great experience.

Did a great job cleaning a rat infested crawl space and installing new insulation.

These guys were awesome! Professional, nice, clean and transparent. They notified us of all issues with our crawl spaces and offered options to resolve all or some issues based on our budget with great pricing and financing options. The workers were great people….very personable and respectful of our space. My project was a large space over 2000sqft of total removal, cleaning, remediations, sealing and insulation reinstall of both upper and lower crawl spaces. Rob was a stud! Kept me informed on progress and kept the operation moving to completion in under 18 hours over 2 days. The results are amazing…..night and day! Temperatures are much more stable, electric bill went down….alot! Odors have gone away and i have peace of mind that my crawl spaces are clean and the air in my house is much fresher. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Matan came to our home to inspect both our attic and crawl space. Where the attic was declared a simple trapping exercise, the crawl space (which we knew) was infested and rank. Rats had been burrowing down under the foundation and up into the crawl space. I could do nothing to stop them…Northwest Crawl Space removed all of the insulation, and vapor barrier. They sanitized, installed new insulation (including piping) regraded, compacted, provided new vapor barrier, rebar, and most important, the new Rat Slab. All penetrations to the exterior were sealed and additional trapping occurred each day and upon completion. The crew was efficient, very hard working, diligent, cleaned up every evening, and were careful of our property. We could not be happier with our choice of Northwest Crawl Space Services.
