Very efficient and excellent service on my crawl space. The guys that came to my house to clean up and fix the crawl space were so respectful and can tell they were working hard. Communication and emails with the photos were the cherry on top. I really love that the company does everything and didn’t have to worry about my rat problem anymore.

We had the vapor barrier replaced in our crawl space. Crew did a great job removing the old barrier, removing loose dust and dirt, and installing the new 10 mm barrier. Whole job was completed in approx. 4 hours. Following completion, they walked (and crawled) me through the space to show the work done.

This crew from Northwest completed some tough tight work in my crawlspace, and finished with careful secure insulation cover and full duct repairs. Great work. All crew were professional and prompt and the explanations from Peter helped guide through the inspection. Also, they don’t apply undo pressure after a providing a quote to buy.

I had an excellent experience with Northwest Crawl Space and highly recommend them. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was very informative and professional. My estimator (Peter) did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace (climbing into areas more difficult to access), sent me a bid with a very itemized description of the work recommended and it’s pricing, and set everything up for me. Then he made a post completion visit to ensure that everything was done satisfactorily. Tristan and his coworker did an excellent job and took terrific before and after pictures to document the work performed. I was then sent a project summary with those pictures. An available PSE rebate for insulation installed was factored into the job cost and all the necessary documentation and rebate collection was handled by the Company. In a follow up phone call with a PSE representative, I mentioned how impressed I was with Northwest Crawl Space and learned that was not a surprise to PSE. On a scale of one to 10, this company deserves a 10!

Crawlspace was in need of remediation after 48 years since home was built. Because NW Crawlspace is approved contractor with Puget Sound Energy, they were able to secure rebates which cut cost to me by 1/2. Final cost to me was much less than expected. Work was done professionally as confirmed by photos supplied in final report. Communication was timely and courteous. Work crew respectful of me and my property, as was office staff. Highly recommend this company for your crawlspace work.
