Dual Crawl Space Restoration with a Storage Upgrade, Kent, WA

Description:

This homeowner reached out after noticing severe damage in both of their crawl spaces. Insulation was falling, moisture had taken a toll, and neither space was functional in its current condition. One of the crawl spaces sat directly under the home, and the homeowner hoped to eventually use it as a clean storage area, something that was not possible without major restoration.

After our inspection, we put together a plan to bring both crawl spaces back to life. The main crawl space was fully encapsulated to create a clean, dry, and controlled environment ideal for future storage. The second crawl space also received a full restoration, including debris removal, insulation replacement, and rodent exclusion, but without the full encapsulation treatment. In just two working days, our team transformed both areas into brand-new, healthy spaces the homeowner can confidently rely on. What were once damaged and deteriorating crawl spaces are now clean, protected, and built to last.
